IEE Lunch & Learn Recap: Get a Grip on Your Business with Lloyd Wolf

On Thursday, May 1, IEE sponsor and Certified EOS Implementer Lloyd Wolf led a Lunch and Learn for about 25 IEE members and guests, presenting Get a Grip on Your Business. Drawing from the book, Traction, by EOS founder Gino Wickman, Lloyd shared actionable insights to help business leaders gain control of their organizations and build stronger, more focused teams.

He introduced the six key components of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS): Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, and Traction. Each element, he explained, plays a critical role in helping businesses achieve clarity, accountability, and sustainable growth. Attendees walked away with applicable strategies and a clearer understanding of how these foundational EOS tools can be implemented in their own businesses.

The IEE thanks Lloyd Wolf for leading the engaging and informative session and for his ongoing involvement as an IEE sponsor.
