On Tuesday, June 20th, about 30 IEE members and guests attended a Lunch & Learn session hosted by the IEE and presented by Paycor, a leader in human capital management (HCM) software and solutions. Paycor’s Rob Wickard and Ben Deighton presented about the importance of hiring quality talent and how Paycor’s practice and research in the industry has informed their technology to help businesses manage this vital component of business. Paycor also offers support for human resources, payroll management, and more.
Wickard and Deighton also spoke about how inflation and effects from the COVID-19 pandemic affect the ways that companies hire and retain talent. Their presentation, held at the Rivers Club in Pittsburgh, discussed how Paycor’s software can help companies save time while finding the best candidate for their open positions.
