1st Step: Mechanics of Starting a New Business

This program will guide you in exploring critical success factors to start a small business, different business structures, helpful resources available to assist you in navigating the entrepreneurial journey, and how to formally establish your business in PA.

 

2nd Step: Developing a Business Plan

Most financing options require a solid business plan. Learn all you need to know about operational and production planning, conducting market research and creating financial spreadsheets to attract funding for your business.

 

Specialized Sessions

Led by subject matter experts from Pitt SBDC partnering organizations, these virtual courses provide up-to-the-minute information on key aspects that will help you start and grow your business.
