This past Tuesday members of the Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence gathered for an interactive program led by Lisa Miles, a Pittsburgh based professional development advisor. Members were asked to think about their leadership styles and their core self. Throughout the morning, members worked within groups and shared their thoughts to questions relating to real life employee situations. The interactive program engaged members and motivated them to think (and rethink) about their leadership styles and how to effectively put together winning teams within their workforce.
