April will be discussing the importance of creativity and inclusiveness in implementing both short- and long-term wellness goals for your company. Along with leading an idea-sharing segment, she and her team of nutrition coaches will be implementing INBODY scans to provide the baseline data needed to create a healthy lifestyle roadmap. These scans and short consultations are FREE for participants of this seminar.

About the seminar instructor

April Jackson is General Manager of Mecka Fitness and Nutrition. April has worked with individuals as well as companies to strategize best practices for wellness for over 20 years. She holds a BA from UC Santa Barbara and graduate degree from California State University with many certifications including IFC Certified Leadership Coach, Precision Nutrition, Primal Health Coaching (PHC), and Healthy Steps Nutrition (HSN). She is also a 200RYT yoga instructor and mindfulness expert.
