Keynote Speaker: Mohamed Massaquoi
Former NFL wide receiver and amputee, Mohamed Massaquoi, will discuss preemptive readiness and how to
navigate change and create opportunity in adversity. Consisting of two parts, Massaquoi first will share his personal story of adversity, resilience, and creating desired outcomes in an adverse environment. He will address the value of mental health, resetting, and aligning to better develop skillsets and create a backdrop for motivation and inspiration. The second part will discuss business strategies to drive performance through change and adversity, including alignment, teamwork, and avoiding commoditization.
