Flynn Cochran is the chief strategy officer of Echelon Front, who works with their clients to build high-performing teams. Extreme Ownership applies important principles from combat to leading a business: if the team fails, everyone fails; communication must be simple, clear and concise; prioritize and execute; everyone must understand not only what they are doing, but why. Cochran, who has served as a Navy SEAL and worked at McKinsey & Co., will share leadership lessons supported by true combat stories in this dynamic program.
