There is compelling evidence that diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) are part of any organizations competitive advantage as it strives toward effectiveness and success. Understanding the full range of impact that DE&I plays in organizational outcomes is the core focus of this session. Our focus will be on better understanding how to activate the power and impact of DE&I in your organization. To accomplish this, we will discuss and review evidence-based answers to some important questions:

  • What advantages does DE&I bring to organizations?
  • What evidence exists that DE&I has positive impact on an organization?
  • How to can one increase involvement with employees and leadership in DE&I efforts?
  • How do you make diversity part of your core values within the organization?
