Collaborative Leadership: Hardwiring Teamwork in the Closely Held Company

To move a business from good to great everyone must join together as a team to deliver seamless products and services. Through an engaging and pragmatic presentation, Drs. Peter and Susan Glaser shared their latest research-based communication tools to close to 100 Institute members this week as part of the Institute’s Member Education Program series. Attendees learned how to use the three decision-making models – Command, Consultive and Consensus – to foster creative thinking, encourage on point communications based on trust and respect, and build consensus, coalition and support from all personality types and diverse positions.
